I am an almost 33-year old entrepreneur from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am transitioning from being a small business owner to a life and business coach. I want to specialize in the areas of weight loss and wellness - it's so important! I have struggled with weight and depression almost my whole life and I truly think that coaching is a very powerful tool that can be used by almost anyone and I intend to change the face of Wellness coaching in the near future!
I am a wife and mother to my beautiful little girl Liliana, who was born in Guatemala on 7/7/06 and came to live in the US in July 2007. She's the reason I am committing to being as healthy as I can be!
